This involves detailed preconstruction planning crucial to successful construction and on-time delivery, and allows our client and team members a clear pathway to successful project completion.

  • Preconstruction to construction hand-off after project award to the contractor
  • 100% scope coverage buy-out via an estimate-to-drawing-to-spec review

3. Bid Assistance for Emerging Contractors

  • General conditions (i.e. project overhead) cost projection 
  • Review and analysis of bid estimate  
  • Drawing/specification review and advice on key risk factors 
  • Schedule analysis based on scope (WIP projection)

4. CM Agency/Program Management/Diversity Development Consultant Services for Owners and Developers

  • Act as Owner representative overseeing a CM/GC &
    subcontractors
  • Request For Proposal Development for acquisition of design team and/or construction team

  • Implement local, minority, and women business participation strategies to maximize project involvement by multiple stakeholders

5.  CM At-Risk or General Contracting Construction Services for Owners

  • Perform At-Risk Construction Services on a negotiated or selection-based
  • Perform At-Risk Construction Services on a cost-plus or GMP with a
    construction contingency
  • Value analysis through value-added preconstruction services
