He is an experienced leader in several areas of construction project delivery from Owner/Program Manager, Design Team Construction Administrator, Preconstruction Manager, and Construction Manager has provided me a well-rounded perspective in the construction industry. His executive management experience includes creating corporate operational procedures, initiating construction project tracking methods, and planning staff assignments. Mr. Norris’ business development experience includes developing proposal documents to and participation in oral presentations with prospective clients. His preconstruction management experience includes attending preconstruction conferences, creating project specific scope sheets, bid solicitation documents, and project specific estimates. Mr. Norris’ construction project management experience includes overall management of all project activities including facilitation of progress meeting, managing subcontractor buyout, creating budgets and schedules, managing billing and cash flow, and managing project closeout.
